Century Furniture and Intiaro Partner on Key 3D Technology to Empower Sales Force
Custom furniture maker Century Furniture has announced that it has partnered with Intiaro, a 3D display technology company, to launch one of the most advanced product viewers and configurators on the market today.
Intiaro’s advanced 360 configurator debuted at the recent High Point Market in April with Century’s Cornerstone upholstery program, the core of the manufacturer’s upholstery business. The tool simplifies the process of setting up and viewing highly customizable furniture such as the Cornerstone series. It also significantly reduces order errors, improves return rates, and makes RSA product training faster and easier.
Guy Holbrook, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Century Furniture, said: “Intiaro’s display solution helps keep Century at the forefront of product display for our best-selling upholstery program. Our partners, retailers and interior designers, and their customers need solid tools to help make complex products easier to understand. It also helps us train and bind our partners and customers to our brand. “sticky” and that’s powerful. “
The tool offers high-quality models and photorealistic visualization that enhance the customer experience, said Michal Stachowski, visual director of Intiaro. Allows you to select and view all the options of any highly customizable program: the manufacturer, the interior designer, or the retailer and the end consumer.
“Before Intiaro, we relied on the catalog and tear sheets to try to convey the sets of options. Intiaro offers an interactive, engaging and intuitive solution,” said Comer Wear, vice president of marketing for Century Furniture.
The tool includes a price setting feature, which allows for a faster and smoother process for ordering and closing the sale with a higher level of accuracy and overall satisfaction. It can also produce a high-quality representation of furniture for the consumer to take home, which is a great way to boost sales once they leave the store, Stachowski said.
Now available on Century’s website, the tool will soon be available to more than 150 retailers.
Holbrook said the Intiaro viewer is easy to use for its sales force that includes a wide range of technology skills. Intiaro offers dedicated training to ensure that the right materials are developed for a successful launch of the technology.
“The successful launch of the Cornerstone Viewer and Configurator is the result of nearly two years of commitment and dedicated collaboration with Century teams in product development, web development and sales and marketing,” Stachowski said. “The project of this magnitude is not something that can be reversed in a few months. As an innovative leader, Century recognizes this and plans for success, along with a growing number of high-end companies that use 3D configurators to outperform their competition. “
Industry leaders such as Ethan Allen, Lexington Home Brands, Century, Norwalk, Rowe and Kravet, Durham and Paul Robert are among those who have invested in Intiaro technology. As a result, they have been able to increase sales through partners that integrate 3D technology, reduce return rates, replace traditional photography, and improve the online and in-store customer experience.
