British luxury sportswear brand Cole Buxton has rolled out Cegid Retail’s mobile point of sale (mPOS) solution at its flagship store in London.

This helps employees serve customers, check stock, and process payments from anywhere in the store, directly using iPhones.

The DPD package delivery company now offers a fully electric delivery service to 10 towns and cities in the UK and is aiming for 30 of these locations by the end of 2023.

Unbound Group, headquarters of the British footwear brand Hotter, has announced the launch of a multi-brand online retail platform, driven by Mirakl.

It is scheduled to be introduced in late July and will be presented in the fall in early September.

Greggs has partnered with longtime technology partner Daisy Corporate Services to offer a Meraki-powered SD-WAN solution.

Boardriders, the parent company of sports brands such as Quiksilver and Billabong, has deployed Darktrace’s autonomous response technology, Antigena, to defend itself against cyber threats in the organization’s digital environment.

Asda has selected Blue Yonder’s Luminate Commerce solutions to modernize its omnichannel order management capabilities.

The grocery giant will also partner with Bringg, a partner in Blue Yonder technology alliance and a cloud delivery and fulfillment platform, as it seeks to ensure that every element of the supply chain is seamless, connected and orchestrated.

Walmart plans to expand its DroneUp delivery network to 34 locations by the end of the year, with the potential to reach four million U.S. homes in six states: Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Texas, Utah and Virginia.

The move offers the chance to deliver more than a million drone packages in a year.

Between 8:00 and 20:00, customers will be able to order tens of thousands of items that can be delivered by air in just 30 minutes. The total weight of the delivery is up to 10 pounds and the rate is $ 3.99.

Walmart also plans to scale up its drone infrastructure, offering local businesses and municipalities aerial drone solutions in areas such as insurance, emergency response and real estate.
