The Danish company edtech Shape Robotics has secured full funding from a major bank that supports the ambitious growth plans of European edtech markets. One of the largest and oldest investment banks in the country RomaniaBRD – Groupe Société Générale, has granted Shape Robotics an E 3M line of credit, thus guaranteeing working capital for the ambitious growth plans aligned with the strategic partner Samsung Electronics (as described in Company Notice No. 73.)

The now official distribution and collaboration agreement with Samsung is formally included Robotic form com key partner of Samsung Ecosystem for Development of education (SEED).
Building a European edtech ecosystem
Samsung Electronics and Shape Robotics join forces to facilitate and offer a plug and play package of technology solutions to Central school systems and Eastern Europe (EEC region) which will be implemented over the next three years and will be extended to cover all Europe in the next five years.
With more than 3 billion euros already assigned to the digitization of the education system a Romania the European union and the Romanian government is firmly committed to creating a better understanding of technology, with the goal of empowering new generations and nations to embrace the future. Shape Robotics is next door Samsung Electronics support this mission by building an ecosystem of educational technology that seeks to be replicated and implemented Romania and the rest of the EEC countries.
Shape Robotics is already offering its innovative plug and play SmartLab projects and taking advantage of various projects and tenders everywhere Romania with Romanian couple INACOhas also recently delivered the first Smart Lab in the neighboring country of Moldova.
Shape Robotics expects to achieve positive EBITDA in the second half of fiscal 2022 and revenue from M.75-85 DKK in 2022.
