StoreKit 2. StoreKit 2 features powerful new Swift-based APIs that make it easier than ever to support in-app purchases and subscriptions. You can now easily determine product rights and bid eligibility, quickly obtain your purchase history from a user’s app, find out the latest status of a subscription with a simple check, provide a How to request refunds and manage subscriptions from your app. and more. StoreKit 2 also uses the concurrent Swift and JSON web signature to simplify how to retrieve product information and manage transactions. Available on iOS 15, iPadOS 15, tvOS 15 and watchOS 8.

App Store server notifications. Coming soon. Get real-time updates to your in-app purchases so you can create personalized experiences for your users. You can now take advantage of new types of notifications that cover more user events, such as subscription expirations, bidding exchanges, refunds, and more. You can also enter an optional URL in the App Store Connect to receive server notifications in the test environment of the App Store, regardless of the URL you use for production.
