Positive business trend in an uncertain market

In the first quarter of 2022, Prodware generated revenues of 45.7 million euros compared to 44.6 million in the first quarter of 2021, an increase of 2.4%. The group’s strong business model and strong operating units have contributed to this increase in revenue despite the international pressures on the market and the potential inflationary risks that are not conducive to investment.

Revenues from the business software development and deployment activity increased by 4.2% due to new customer projects, with revenues reaching 17.7 million euros, representing 38% of global revenues.

Revenue from software vendor activity per se also rose 3.0% to 15.7 million euros.

Sales of SaaS-based solutions amounted to € 12.3 million, remaining fairly stable compared to the previous fiscal year, accounting for 28% of global revenue.

International business is doing quite well, especially in Germany and Spain, with growth curves of 10.0% during this period reaching 24.2 million euros.

Perspective

In 2022, Prodware will continue to develop its consulting, software development, integration and managed services activities in support of the digital transformation journey of companies. The group will accelerate the initiatives carried out to further develop the growth of SaaS sales revenue and very high value-added services, especially in Consulting and Managed Services.
