His new visual identity better represents these intentional changes.

“TXI started out as a group of cheeky technocrats driven by compassion, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help companies evolve by adopting digital tools,” said Mark Rickmeier, CEO of TXI. “But, as in so many other consultancies, most people looked and thought like me, and there are limits to the value that a unique homogeneous group can bring.

“To create software that truly improves the lives of its users, we need to have as much diversity as possible in the room and create spaces where people of all backgrounds can bring their true selves to work. We have accepted it as we have grown. While this playful and somewhat overconfident moxy is still fundamental to our culture, it is balanced by the maturity, perspective and experience that serious personal reflection and intentional growth entails. “

TXI has evolved from a software development company to a product innovation company with a focus on three core areas:

  • Technology: TXI delivers great value to customers through digital technology products that support their long-term growth.
  • Experience: TXI designs digital product experiences rooted in in-depth end-user research to create positive results for customers, clients and employees.
  • Innovation: TXI guarantees a pragmatic approach to product innovation that transforms ideas into reality and is supported by five design principles: humanity, curiosity, ingenuity, clarity and quality.

“Many organizations assume they understand users’ problems and know exactly how to fix them, ”said Antonio Garcia, TXI’s head of design. “But by doing a thorough research of users, we can test these assumptions, deepen our understanding of the problem area, and create powerful products with a tangible impact on users’ lives. As TXI evolves, we have given up on delivery of the box and we have reaffirmed our commitment to achieving real results for our customers. “
