Staffing Up Ahead of 2022 Midterm Elections

Most recently, she served as National Development and Operations Director for For Our Future, and previously worked with Giffords and House Majority PAC.

Communications and community associations

Director of Communication Nick Morrow has led multi-channel communications teams in nonprofits, large corporations, and advocacy campaigns for more than a decade. He previously directed communications at Human Rights Campaign, the largest LGBTQ + civil rights organization in the United States, focusing on strategies for legislative initiatives at the federal, state, and local levels, and high-profile litigation and regulatory campaigns.

Director of Associations Kelsea-Marie Pym he was recently CEO of Patriotic Millionaires, a group of high net worth individuals united in their concern for the destabilizing concentration of wealth and power. LToya Knighten Senior Communications Manager is a strategic communications professional with 20 years of experience in public relations and government affairs. He recently served as head of government affairs and communications for the Oklahoma City Department of Health and the Chambers of Commerce. Director of Community Participation Tiffany Dena Loftin is a committed national civil rights organizer who believes in the liberation and joy of all blacks and the empowerment of young leaders. Most recently, she served as National Director of the Youth and University Division at the NAACP and has led grassroots organizing campaigns in education, democracy, and state violence.

Prairie Rose Seminole native voting consultant he serves on a wide range of boards and is a leader in work and movements that have sown and strengthened public history, cultural heritage, civic education, and electoral engagement at the local, state, and national levels. She is a citizen of the MHA Nation on the Fort Berthold Reservation.

Lydia Simmons, technology association consultant has more than 10 years of experience leading partnerships, sales and social impact initiatives in large technology companies, startups and political organizations. He recently served as head of social impact at Pinterest and received his bachelor’s degree Duke Universitywhere he designed his own specialty in Human Rights and Social Justice.

Program Manager Belinda C. Chiu has designed and implemented national and international programs working in the nonprofit space. Previously, she helped businesses achieve their sustainability goals and worked for a global advocacy organization that supported youth advocates promoting gender equality and the SDSR. Director of Electoral Operations, Rasheed O. Varner is a civic data researcher dedicated to the intergovernmental and non-profit electoral space. Previously, they conducted research at Rock the Vote, the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). They have a degree in Political Science Howard University and a master’s degree in government from Johns Hopkins University.

Software engineer Daniel Kaufman Previously, he worked for a government nonprofit transparency organization that used machine learning to automate state congressional transcripts. Daniel holds a master’s degree in computer science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from UC Berkeley.
